When kept in submerged conditions, Echinodorus Fancy Twist offers bright color ranging from bright green to deep red tones with new leaves displaying a spotted pattern before maturing. When emersed, this aquatic plant is fully green with relatively tough foliage. Like other sword plants, Echinodorus Fancy Twist requires minimal care, but needs a nutrient-rich substrate and moderate lighting.
