Members of the Planted Aquaria's Preferred Customer Program(me) will be awarded points for purchases. Points are redeemable for in-store merchandise and may be used at participating Planted Aquaria's location.
A. Any customer of Planted Aquaria's may apply to become a member of the Preferred Customer Program(me) by completing an application with the store cashier of any Planted Aquaria's participating location. Planted Aquaria's will then assign a Preferred Customer Number (or "Account") to the applicant applying for membership in the Program(me).
B. Members must keep their personal information file up to date by reporting any changes in name, address, etc., to the store cashier at the Planted Aquaria's participating location.
A. Members of the Preferred Customer Program(me) will be awarded one point for each dollar spent on the purchase of regularly priced merchandise. No points will be awarded for the purchase of permanently reduced merchandise unless pursuant to a specific promotion.
B. Purchase values will be rounded down to the nearest dollar amount for the purpose of calculating points.
C. Points will be calculated on the price of products excluding payment of any federal, provincial or state taxes.
D. In the event of cheques returned due to non-sufficient funds, or disputed credit card charges, any points awarded for the original transaction will be deducted.
E. Preferred Customer points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. Preferred Customer points are void when redeemed.
F. Purchases made prior to membership in the Preferred Customer Program(me) cannot be credited to a member's Account.
A. In-store merchandise will be awarded on the following point accumulations.
1. 500 points can be redeemed for a $10 in-store merchandise.
2. 1,000 points can be redeemed for a $25 in-store merchandise.
3. 2,000 points can be redeemed for a $60 in-store merchandise.
4. 3,000 points can be redeemed for a $100 in-store merchandise.
5. 5,000 points can be redeemed for a $200 in-store merchandise. (Please note that points have a greater value at higher levels.)
B. Preferred Customer Accounts will be reduced by the amount of points redeemed on in-store merchandise. Remaining points will still be valid.
IV. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. Planted Aquaria's reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict the Preferred Customer Program(me) or any aspects of the Program(me) at any time with or without notice.
B. Membership in the Preferred Customer Program(me) may be revoked by Planted Aquaria's at any time; failure to follow any terms of the Program(me), or any misrepresentation by the customer may be subject to membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program(me).
C. Preferred Customer Program(me) points for a member as reflected in Planted Aquaria's records shall be deemed correct.
D. Planted Aquaria's Preferred Customer Account or Points are not transferable.
A. Any Preferred Customer Account that has no purchases for a period longer than one year will be deemed inactive, and all points accumulated on that Account will be deleted.
A. Customers are currently only able to redeem their points for in-store purchases. We will continue to develope our system so hopefully in the future, customers may be able to redeem their points for online purchases as well.
