Mollys are extremely common in the freshwater industry, there are many varieties with different colors, shapes and form. While most Molly fish are black, sometimes they can have slight coloration to them depending on the breed. You can usually tell males and females apart because the females are noticeably larger in size.

Keeping these in groups, it is recommended to have a ratio of 2:1 females to male.
These fish have tons of personality and like to move everywhere in your aquarium, so make sure to get a big enough tank size for them.
